Meet Barbara Jemison, the Nana Behind the Counter

Barbara, or Barb to most folks, has been baking for more than 35 years. Her grandchildren call her Nana, which is shop’s namesake, naturally. She even named pieces of the menu after her grandbabies. Nana’s Lil Sweets is her first business, the result of decades of practice and a leap of faith into running a place of her own. She is doing work she loves, in a town she believes in.
